Job summary

Technoera is seeking a skilled Jig and Fixture Design Engineer in Pune to design and develop jigs, fixtures, gauges, and assembly tooling. You will create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings, performing GD&T and tolerance analyses to ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires proficiency in CATIA V5, Siemens NX or Creo, with strong understanding of machining, welding and assembly processes to support manufacturing, validation and troubleshooting while optimizing designs for quality, cost

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of jig and fixture design, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
• Proficient in CATIA V5, Siemens NX or Creo and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, welding, machining and assembly.
