Job summary

Cornerstone in India is seeking a Sr Deal Desk Analyst to support the APJ Sales organization from our Pune office. You will advise on complex deals, ensure optimized pricing, and collaborate with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Legal to drive timely deal closures.

You will review deal progression, challenge legacy policies, and identify trends to improve contracting and deal structuring for various industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in deal structuring and pricing for a SaaS company.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ or related pricing tools.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Senior Leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle Systems.
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach.
• Work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to sales reps, account teams and other internal partners.

• Identify deal trends and drive efforts to categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends based on sales segment or industry vertical.
• Provide end to end support to complex accounts and deals, from Quote configuration through deal execution.

The Sr Deal Desk Analyst will report to the Manager, Deal Desk in support of Cornerstones Sales organization in APJ Region.

In this role you will..

• Be a trusted advisor sales reps, account teams and other internal partners


• Review and vet complex deals to ensure optimized pricing, and compliance with published Sales and business policies


• Continuous review of deal progression and collaboration with colleagues to ensure optimal deal cycle times


• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance & Legal teams on all non-standard deals


• Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate the Order to Cash process
