Job summary

Cornerstone seeks a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to support its APJ Sales organization from the Pune office. You will review complex deals, optimize pricing, and ensure compliance with policies while collaborating with finance, legal, and operations to accelerate deal closures.

You will bring 5+ years in SaaS deal structuring, pricing, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with strong analytical and office-system skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deal structuring and pricing for a SaaS company.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or related pricing tools.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to sales reps, account teams and other internal partners.
• Review and vet complex deals to ensure optimized pricing, and compliance with published Sales and business policies.
• Continuously review deal progression and collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal deal cycle times.
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance & Legal teams on all non-standard deals.
• Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate the Order to Cash process.
• Identify deal trends and drive efforts to categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends.

This role is Office Based,Pune Office

Sr Deal Desk Analyst - India
The Sr Deal Desk Analyst will report to the Manager, Deal Desk in support of Cornerstone’s Sales organization in APJ Region.

In this role you will..

• Be a trusted advisor sales reps, account teams and other internal partners
• Review and vet complex deals to ensure optimized pricing, and compliance with published Sales and business policies
• Continuous review of deal progression and collaboration with colleagues to ensure optimal deal cycle times
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance & Legal teams on all non-standard deals
• Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate the Order to Cash process
• Identify deal trends and drive efforts to categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends based on sales segment or industry vertical
• Provide end to end support to complex accounts and deals, from Quote configuration through deal execution.

You’ve got what it takes if you have

• 5+ years of experience in deal structuring and pricing for a SaaS company
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ or related pricing tools
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Senior Leaders
