Job summary

dotSolved is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst / Team Lead in Chennai to drive day-to-day data ops for our enterprise data platform. You will lead incident management, coordinate with platform teams, manage queues, and ensure timely delivery of data services.

A strong background in data operations and production support is essential. You will act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, build runbooks, and develop dashboards to monitor performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Operations, Application Support, or Production Support.
• Proven experience with JIRA-based support operations.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, PowerBI, and Qlik.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and incident management.
• Experience in production-critical support environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily data operations support activities.
• Manage ticket prioritization, workload balancing, and escalations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.
• Coordinate with platform teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.
• Review and ensure SLA adherence; drive incident management and RCA activities.
• Establish operational runbooks and support processes.
• Maintain applications and ownership inventory; generate service performance reports and dashboards.
