Work from office in BTM Layout, Bangalore. The role offers up to 40,000 CTC per month plus night shift allowance and group health insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduation mandatory.
• 2+ years of international customer support experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in International Email / Non-Voice / Chat / Blended processes preferred.
• Premium/VIP/high-value customer handling experience preferred.
• Male candidates only.
• Candidates with only domestic customer support experience will not be considered.
