Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is looking for a customer-focused sales associate to assist customers in selecting eyewear and to contribute to store targets. You will work with the team to maintain SOPs, handle queries, and follow up on feedback to improve store NPS.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service
• Assisting customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses
• Working with the store team to help them achieve store targets
• Working with team members and the store manager in following store SOPs
• Ensuring customer queries are handled, escalated, and solved at the store level
• Performing follow‑up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store
• Team up with co‑workers to ensure proper customer service
• Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned
• Follow‑up on customer enquiries each day and ensure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Greeting customers and finding out their needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
