Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end operations, including inventory planning, transfers, dispatch, and receipt coordination. You will ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and drive continuous improvement across warehousing and logistics.

The role requires strong skills in MIS reporting, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance teams to maintain smooth supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, material planning, stock transfers, and dispatch and receipt coordination
• Prepare and analyze supply chain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and smooth supply chain processes
• Support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify operational gaps, and recommend process improvements
• Maintain supply chain data and documentation in SAP/Dynamics AX and ensure data accuracy
• Support supply chain audits, compliance activities, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based (India)
• Experience with supply chain operations, inventory management, material planning, stock transfers, dispatch and receipt coordination, or related activities
• Ability to prepare and analyze supply chain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics
• Ability to maintain supply chain data and documentation in ERP systems, including SAP/Dynamics AX
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, process compliance, audits, and supply chain KPIs
