Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the India function and act as the primary SCM focal for international customers, coordinating with EXEO America and EXEO Europe. The role covers procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, RMA, and maintenance contracts, with global account collaboration.

Will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, drive KPI governance, and ensure compliance across regions while supporting Europe and America time zones.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience with multi-country exposure.
  • Proven vendor management, logistics operations, and end-to-end supply chain experience across markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Professional certification in supply chain management (e.g. CSCMP, APICS CSCP, CIPS) is advantageous.
  • Experience in IT hardware, technology services, managed services, or similar complex products.
  • Experience managing 3PL/logistics partner relationships and negotiating regional agreements.
  • Experience in project-driven environments with service delivery and SLA-driven operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage India supply chain operations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain issues within India.
  • Establish KPIs, governance, and operational controls.
  • Ensure operational readiness to support customer projects and maintenance contracts.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain contact for international customers.

  • Manage customer escalations and provide timely communication on supply chain matters.

  • Negotiate pricing and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier performance, and lead-time follow-up.

  • Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
  • Inventory, warehouse & service parts management; monitor spare parts readiness for SLA.
  • Coordinate stock movements between local and overseas warehouses.
  • RMA, warranty & after-sales support; coordinate with vendors and service teams.
  • Monitor DOA and RMA performance trends.
  • Compliance, trade & regulatory management; support permits, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Vendor, partner & cost management; conduct supplier performance reviews and SLA management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & continuous improvement; drive process improvement and standardization.
  • Maintain audit readiness and documentation governance.

Job description

The Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the India Supply Chain function while serving as the primary supply chain focal point for international customers and strategic accounts. The role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, parts planning, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, RMA management, maintenance contract support, and project execution. In addition to managing India domestic operations, the role supports global customer accounts in collaboration with EXEO America and EXEO Europe, providing operational coverage aligned to Europe and America time zones.



Key Accountabilities

Supply Chain Leadership & Team Management in India· Lead and manage Supply Chain operation in India



  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for supply chain personnel.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain issues within India.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service teams for resolution.

  • Monitor DOA and RMA performance trends.

  • Compliance, Trade & Regulatory Management· Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

  • Support permits, customs clearance, and trade compliance activities.

  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks.

  • Vendor, Partner & Cost Management· Manage strategic suppliers, 3PLs, and service partners.

  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and SLA management.

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement· Prepare management reports covering inventory, logistics, RMA, service readiness, and costs.

  • Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.

  • Maintain audit readiness and documentation governance.



Skills & Experiences

Essential:



  • Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country management role.

  • Demonstrated track record in vendor management, logistics operations, and end-to-end supply chain management across multiple markets.

  • Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Professional certification in supply chain management (e.g. CSCMP, APICS CSCP, CIPS, or equivalent) is advantageous.

  • Essential:

  • Prior experience in IT hardware, technology services, managed services, or a similarly complex product and service environment preferred.

  • Proven experience managing 3PL/logistics partner relationships and negotiating commercial agreements at a regional level.

  • Preferred:

  • Experience in project-driven environments with exposure to service delivery, maintenance contracts, and SLA-driven operations.
