Summary of the Role

As a Consultant – Oracle at Mastek, you will play a key role in assisting organizations with their cloud transformation journey, particularly in Oracle HCM applications. Your expertise in modules such as Benefits, OTL, and Fast Formula, along with CORE HR and other HCM modules, will be essential in delivering strategic value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to Oracle applications.
• Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Benefits and related functionalities.
• Leverage expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Fast Formula to design and deliver optimized solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, lead solution design, and perform module configuration.
• Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption of Oracle solutions.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements.
• Stay current with Oracle updates and best practices to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle multiple tasks and switch contexts quickly in dynamic work environments.
• Manage customer-facing responsibilities and be comfortable representing Mastek with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM, particularly in Benefits.
• Hands‑on experience with OTL and Fast Formula.
• Strong understanding of CORE HR and at least one additional module (Payroll, Absence).
• Experience in data migration to Oracle Cloud.
