The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, fluency in change management methodologies, and a track record of delivering measurable transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in top-tier consulting post MBA.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end change management in 2-3 transformation programs.
• Experience with digital solutions in information systems/technology-driven transformations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization change management in large-scale transformation projects (Digital Transformation, AI & ERP programs).
• Serve as change management consultant, leading the change team or acting as a lead practitioner.
• Collaborate with Infosys Consulting teams to craft change strategies and mitigation plans.
• Manage client stakeholders and Infosys team members to sustain momentum and high performance.
• Develop thought leadership and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses.
• Participate in practice-building activities, including training and knowledge sharing.

The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting’s service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in N.America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).

• Provide world class consulting & advisory services designed to help C-Level Executives, Directors, Entrepreneurs & Owners to address their business problems and help navigate their organization for growth, optimization and innovation

Job Responsibilities

• Lead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such a Digital Transformation, AI&I programs and Large ERP transformation programs.
• Work as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large scale transformation journeys either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team
• Work with Infosys Consulting teams and / or other Infosys Delivery Units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions. These solutions should focus on change strategy, change impact assessment, articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategies
• Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively
• Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development
• Participate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community. This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners

• Overall experience of 5-8 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programs
• Having hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in atleast 2-3 transformation programs irrespective of the context of change
• Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven transformation programs
• Experience of developing a change strategy for large scale transformation programs having a global reach
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions
• Strong executive level relationship building skills
• Past experience in Management consulting with Consulting firms
• Certification in change management such as Prosci®, PCI®, etc will be an added advantage
