Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Distribution, Channel Sales, Retail Operations or Consulting.
• Strong exposure to women’s fashion apparel / organized retail / lifestyle / consumer brands.
• Proven experience in dealer/distributor network development and channel expansion.
• Strong understanding of retail distribution models and market expansion strategies.
• Strong strategic, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and other stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of territory management, channel incentives, distributor onboarding and retail performance management.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities
