Areas of Responsibilities-

Distribution Management

• Establish a strong distribution model across Andhra Pradesh by implementing the APP, systems, and SOPs.
• Expand retail penetration and visibility while driving secondary sales through effective retail schemes with selected Dhanuka Distributor Partners (DDPs).
• Ensure DDP compliance on coverage, productivity, LPCs, visibility, counter share, and route optimization.
• Execute van operations as per schedule and drive YOY counter share growth.
• Strengthen DDP profitability through improved retail service and focused product reach.
• Gather market and competitor insights to identify opportunities for PTR and offtake growth.
• Implement distribution strategies to increase width and depth and explore new business opportunities.
• Build strong distributor relationships by tracking ROI, ensuring profitability, and aligning on marketing mix and performance goals.
• Achieve sales growth targets and enhance Dhanuka brand presence at the retail level.
• Analyze app-based data to improve secondary sales and ensure strict adherence to systems and policies.
• Manage channel sales, execute promotions, and improve manpower productivity YOY.
• Conduct timely retail meets and training programs to upgrade team knowledge.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
