Certify Technologies is seeking a Senior Commercial Sales / Client Acquisition professional with 5+ years of proven experience in acquiring U.S. commercial clients and driving IT staffing and consulting business.

The ideal candidate will build relationships with Hiring Managers, TA/HR, Procurement, and MSPs/VMS providers and lead end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure. The role is onsite in Hyderabad, focusing on securing contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, and consulting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in acquiring new U.S. commercial clients and generating IT staffing and consulting business.
• Strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Vendor Managers, MSPs, and VMS providers.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new U.S. commercial clients and accounts.
• Generate new IT staffing and consulting opportunities.
• Prospect through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers, TA/HR, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
• Identify contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, and consulting opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closure.
• Negotiate rates, MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
• Work with recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Grow existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• MUST have prior, minimum 5 years of experience in acquiring new U.S. commercial clients and Prime vendor accounts
• IT staffing / IT consulting experience.
• Proven new-client acquisition experience.
• Experience selling to U.S. commercial clients.
• Strong network of Hiring Managers, TA/HR, Procurement, MSP/VMS, or Vendor Management contacts.
• Strong cold calling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
