Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Senior Channel Programs & Ops Manager in India to design and operate cloud partner enablement programs. You will lead end-to-end partner journeys, governance, and cross-functional execution to enable scalable cloud GTM motions and partner growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing, shaping onboarding, certification, and partner journeys across hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background.
• 8+ years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations.
• Experience with hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplace dynamics.
• Experience designing partner journeys in complex cloud environments.
• Work independently while influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• Leverage data and metrics to ensure accountability and drive impact.

The Akamai Partner Program Team supports global partners, fostering growth and advancing Akamai’s cloud market objectives. This role involves building, scaling, and operating cloud partner enablement programs as a Senior Channel Programs & Operations Manager.

Cloud Computing is a key growth focus within our partner ecosystem. This position ensures governance, structure, and execution excellence for cloud partner enablement. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive cloud partner journey from inception. This role requires hyperscaler expertise and exceptional cross-functional coordination abilities. You will define processes for onboarding, certifying, and scaling cloud partners on a global scale.

As a Senior Channel Programs & Ops Manager, you will be responsible for:
