Job summary

Freelance is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer (PMC) to oversee industrial construction projects across Maharashtra with travel. The role focuses on ensuring work conforms to drawings, quality, safety, schedule and contract terms.

You will supervise civil/structural works and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors. The candidate should have a background in industrial construction, with PMC/consultancy exposure and a civil engineering degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• 56 years experience in industrial construction
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Location: Maharashtra with travel across multiple project sites

Responsibilities

• Monitor civil and structural works against drawings, BOQ and schedule
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
• Review drawings and submittals, track RFIs
• Prepare DPR, WPR, MOMs and site reports
• Quality and safety monitoring (ITP, QAP, NCR closure)
• Verify measurements and RA bills
• Coordinate with PHE and MEP services
• Snagging, as-built drawings and handover
