Job summary

Empower is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to lead site execution for RCC and MS structural works along with interior fit-out projects. You will oversee drawings, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience, the ability to read complex drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project. The base location is Mumbai with PAN-India travel.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of site execution experience with RCC and MS structural works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and interior drawings.
• Experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and bill certification.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and scheduling tools such as MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage civil, structural (RCC and MS), and interior works at site.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specs; coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress and report deviations with corrective actions.
• Ensure quality control of RCC and MS works including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and quantities; support cost control.
• Coordinate with MEP, façade, and interior teams for smooth execution.
• Enforce site safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and handover documentation.
• Manage site teams, vendors, and contractors; resolve technical issues on site.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong working knowledge of MS structures and RCC works, and a solid background in Project Management Consultancy and interior fit-out projects. You will oversee site execution, ensure quality and safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
