Job summary

Convurt is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer - Civil for a Pune-based corporate office building project. The role requires 6+ years of experience in building construction and strong site execution capabilities.

You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and MEP teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day site activities, monitoring finishes and external development, and maintaining thorough project

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in building construction and site execution.
• Experience in corporate/commercial building, finishing and interior projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction, quality control and external development works.
• Strong site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills with the ability to work with contractors and consultants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and basic project monitoring tools.
• PMC experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications and programme.
• Monitor finishing, office interior, external development, roads, paving, drainage and landscaping works.
• Ensure quality of workmanship, materials and execution; coordinate inspections and rectification of defects.
• Monitor contractor manpower, material, equipment and daily progress against the approved schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and MEP teams for smooth execution.
• Check drawings, levels, measurements and site requirements and highlight technical issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection requests, checklists and photographs.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, quality, safety, billing and project monitoring.

Job Description
Sr. Project Engineer -Civil have to manage day-to-day site execution, supervision, quality control and progress monitoring for a corporate office building project, including finishing, interiors, external development and landscaping. The candidate will work closely with and support the Project Manager in successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
