Job summary

JK Associates is seeking an experienced civil engineer to oversee residential villas, independent houses, and commercial projects in Hyderabad. The role requires supervising RCC, reinforcement, and finishing works, while interpreting drawings and preparing BOQs.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential or commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, BOQs, estimation, and billing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience supervising G+2, G+3, and villa projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential villas, independent houses, and commercial projects.
• Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing works.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, contractor measurements, and running bills.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor daily construction progress, manpower, and material use.
• Plan construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Identify technical issues and resolve site execution challenges.
• Maintain site reports, measurement books, material reconciliation, and documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements and procurement with management.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience in Hyderabad's residential construction industry.

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential or commercial building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, BOQs, estimation, and billing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience handling G+2, G+3, and villa construction projects preferred.
• Ability to independently supervise multiple construction sites.
