SOM Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise finishing works for high-rise residential and commercial buildings at Sector 106, Gurugram.

The role requires hands-on experience in plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows, false ceilings and related finishing tasks. The candidate must have 3-8 years in construction, with Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and preference for residential high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• Government College / Government-recognized institution preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Hands-on finishing work experience in high-rise buildings.
• Preference for residential high-rise project experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor high-rise building finishing works at site.
• Coordinate plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors & windows, false ceiling, masonry finishing.
• Check work quality as per drawings, specs and project standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors and site teams.
• Monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment.
• Ensure work aligns with project schedule and milestones.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning and Project Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
