Exyte Design & Engineering Services India Private Limited in Hyderabad seeks a Senior CAD/BIM Designer (HVAC) with 13+ years of mechanical engineering background. You will lead equipment, ducting, and piping modeling in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, delivering 3D models for 30%, 60%, and 90% reviews while coordinating with the team.

You will follow CAD standards, prepare P&ID and layouts, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualificações

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with +13 years of experience, preferably in ATF/Pharma sectors.
• Expert level knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD 2D, and Navisworks.
• Experience in equipment modeling, ducting, and piping modelling.
• Familiar with ASHRAE/ISHRAE/SMACNA/DW142 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Work as per CAD Standard/BIM best practices.
• Create expert level equipment, ducting and piping models.
• Produce 2D sheets (layout/annotation).
• Prepare P&ID and develop layout independently.
• Generate and review clash reports; resolve clashes.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and follow checklists and work procedures.
• Prepare and edit Revit Families; troubleshoot Revit issues.
• Extract schedules/MTOs from Revit and create manual MTOs from 2D drawings.
• Communicate and coordinate with team lead and BIM coordinator.
• Participate in internal and external model reviews; mentor junior designers.
• Perform data consistency checks and reporting.
• All other activities as assigned by the Manager.

Job Summary:

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with +13 years of experience preferably in ATF /Pharma sector.
• Expert level knowledge in using Revit & AutoCAD 2D software and Navisworks.
• Equipment modeling, ducting, and piping modelling.
• Hands-on experience to prepare the 3D model for 30%, 60% & 90% model review & close the comments.
• Familiar with ASHRAE/ISHRAE/SMACNA/DW142 standards

Responsibilities:

• Working as per CAD Standard/BIM best practices.
• Expert Level Equipment modeling, ducting, and piping modelling.
• 2D Sheeting (layout/Annotation).
• Preparation P & ID and able to develop layout independently.
• Clash reports & Clash Resolutions
• Responsible Quality of Deliverables.
• Responsible to follow work procedures, checklists & creating check-prints.
• Preparing and editing Revit Families. Trouble shooting in Revit related issues.
• Extraction of schedule/MTOs from Revit and generation of manual MTO from 2D Drawings
• Communication & Coordination with team Lead, team members, SPM/BIM coordinator & inter discipline coordination
• Participating in internal & external model review as required
• Mentoring & Training Designer/Designers
• Perform data consistency check, clash check & creating reports.
