Job summary

Innowell Engineering International seeks a motivated HVAC BIM modeller to join our on-site team in Tamil Nadu. You will develop precise models using Revit MEP, prepare shop and installation drawings, and collaborate with Civil, Architectural, Structural, and other MEP disciplines.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BIM processes is essential for on-time delivery. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience, hands-on Navisworks for clash detection, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1–5 years of HVAC BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and construction drawings.
