Job summary

Finulent Solutions LLP is hiring for Junior to Associate BIM Designers in Navi Mumbai. The role requires 1–5 years of experience and strong Revit MEP skills, with AutoCAD knowledge and a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

The candidate will create and update BIM models, coordinate multidisciplinary models, support clash detection, and prepare project documentation while adhering to BIM standards and LOD guidelines. Open for discussion on CTC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Building Services.
• 1–5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Proficient in Revit MEP with good AutoCAD knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and update MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other MEP service models.
• Interpret drawings, layouts, sections and schedules.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural and structural models.
• Support clash detection with Navisworks or equivalent.
• Prepare BIM drawings, views and documentation.
• Support Scan-to-BIM and As-Built modelling when required.
• Follow BIM standards, naming conventions and LOD requirements.
• Perform self-checks and basic model QA/QC before submission.
• Coordinate with senior BIM engineers to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other MEP service models based on project drawings and specifications.
• Interpret MEP drawings, layouts, sections, schedules and design information.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Prepare BIM drawings, schedules, views and documentation as required.
• Support Scan-to-BIM and As-Built modelling projects when required.
• Follow project-specific BIM standards, modelling procedures, naming conventions and LOD requirements.
• Perform self-checks and basic model QA/QC before submission.
• Coordinate with senior BIM engineers and project teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirement:

• Autodesk Revit MEP mandatory.
• AutoCAD good working knowledge.
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other MEP systems.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
• Understanding of BIM modelling and LOD 200400.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary models.
• Knowledge of BIM documentation and model QA/QC.
• Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud-to-BIM experience is an advantage.
