Qualifications

• Run federated model coordination, clash detection, and resolution reports in Navisworks Manage.
• Set up Revit project templates, worksets, family creation (LOD 300–400), and sheet automation standards.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Sydney-based project engineering team.
• Mentor, train, and allocate workloads for a team of Revit modelers and QA/QC checkers.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead BIM Coordinator / Assistant BIM Manager to lead our HVAC modeling and drafting operations on-site in Noida Sector 18. You will manage production timelines, lead clash coordination meetings, enforce Revit MEP standards, and directly supervise junior modelers and QA engineers on Australian projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day BIM delivery across mechanical/HVAC projects, ensuring on-time milestone submissions.
