Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead credit rating advisory and debt syndication/capital raising across public and private markets.

This revenue-generating role reports directly to top management and involves strategy work and team leadership of BDMs. You will acquire new clients, originate rating and fundraising mandates, maintain relationships, migrate unrated to rated, and build MIS for market intelligence.
