Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for credit rating advisory and debt syndication across public and private markets.

You will lead a team of Business Development Managers, drive strategy, and report to top management. The role focuses on acquiring clients, originating rating and fundraising mandates, and expanding the firm's footprint in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in credit rating or related area.
• Thorough understanding of client industries, trends, business processes and KPIs.
• Excellent presentation and closing skills.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new clients and build client onboarding and relationship capability
• Originate rating business and fundraising mandates for mid and large corporate groups in the assigned region
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
• Identify unrated clients and facilitate migration from unrated to rated, helping them leverage the rating for fundraising
• Build MIS and market intelligence on competitors
• Prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans and achieve them
• Lead and train the business development team; identify potential market segments
• Generate revenue through new account development and key account management
• Develop business proposals and monitor market intelligence on new projects, competitive activity and new customers

A financial advisory firm is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for credit rating advisory and debt syndication / capital raising across public and private markets. This is a revenue-generating role reporting directly to top management, working on strategy and handling a team of Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and build client onboarding and relationship capability
• Originate rating business and fundraising mandates for mid and large corporate groups in the assigned region
