Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive credit rating advisory services and debt syndication across public and private markets.

You will lead a revenue-generating mandate reporting to top management and manage a team of Business Development Managers. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building onboarding capabilities, and developing sales plans geography- and service-wise.

Qualifications

• Mandatory credit rating background as required by the hiring organisation.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in client industries including trends and KPIs.
• Excellent presentation and closing skills.

Key responsibilities:
