Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a dynamic professional to identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the facilities management domain from Mumbai and nearby regions.

You will analyse RFQs, RFPs and tenders, build relationships with Facility Heads and senior stakeholders, and prepare pricing models based on manpower and costs to win strategic contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Facility Management Knowledge - : AMC contracts, Integrated Facility Management, corporate workplace management and industrial facility management.
• Analyse RFQs, RFPs, tenders and scopes of work.
• Build relationships with Facility Heads, Procurement Teams, Engineering Heads, Administration Heads and senior management.
• Prepare pricing models based on manpower, equipment, consumables and operational costs.
• Maintainaccurate lead, opportunity and client records .
