Know Your Careers is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate (Founder's Office) to expand our network of partner schools by engaging decision-makers and driving partnerships from outreach to onboarding. You will reach out via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels, present initiatives, and drive partnerships while maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced startup.

Strong English and Hindi communication, 2+ years in B2B sales or EdTech, and a proactive, organized approach are essential

Qualificações

• 2+ years of proven professional experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or EdTech.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships to drive conversions.

As a Senior Business Development Associate (Founder's Office), you'll expand Know Your Careers' network of partner schools by engaging school decision-makers and driving partnerships from outreach to onboarding. Ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to schools via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Present KYC's initiatives, build relationships, and drive partnerships from outreach to onboarding.
• Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and handle stakeholder queries.
• Maintain CRM records and outreach reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and represent KYC professionally.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or the EdTech sector.
• Possess exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, with a demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Have a strong track record of building and nurturing professional relationships to drive conversions.
• Are proactive, highly organized, and consistently target-driven.
• Possess a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
