Job summary

Freshersworld in Gurugram and Bangalore is seeking energetic, target-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) and Senior BDA to counsel prospective students, manage leads, and convert enquiries into enrolments.

You will handle calls, WhatsApp and CRM-based follow-ups, mentor juniors if Sr. BDA, and work toward monthly sales targets; training and incentives support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• BDA: 0-2 years; freshers with good communication can apply.
• Sr. BDA: 2-6 years in EdTech/Inside Sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Counsel students/parents and recommend suitable courses.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline/CRM.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our EdTech client as Business Development Associates (BDA) / Senior Business Development Associates (Sr. BDA). The role involves counselling prospective students, managing leads, and converting enquiries into enrolments.

Eligibility

• Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline
• BDA:- 0-2 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Sr. BDA:- 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech/ Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Counsel students/parents and recommend suitable courses.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline/CRM.
