Job summary

Frido in Pune, India seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead the data team and own end-to-end MIS, revenue reporting, and analytics. You will build robust reporting systems, drive data-driven decision making, and partner with sales, finance, and leadership to track performance across business verticals.

Responsibilities include managing the data team, designing and maintaining MIS dashboards, owning revenue reporting, cost tracking, margin analysis, and collaborating with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales MIS, Commercial MIS, or Revenue Reporting.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a data/reporting team preferred.

• Lead and manage the data team, including task allocation, review, output quality, KPI tracking.
• Design, build, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and reporting systems for sales and commercial functions.
• Own revenue reporting – track, reconcile, and present revenue data accurately and on time.
• Support P&L management through cost tracking, variance analysis, margin reporting, and product/service profitability analysis.
• Work with B2B and B2C commercial data – cost calculation, credit terms, margin structures, pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, Leadership) to gather requirements and summarize insights.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation/efficiency in reporting/Data.
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail across all reports and deliverables.

Experience Required:

• Design, build, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and reporting systems for sales and commercial functions
• Own revenue reporting – track, reconcile, and present revenue data accurately and on time
• Support P&L management through cost tracking, variance analysis, margin reporting, and product/service profitability analysis
• Work with B2B and B2C commercial data – cost calculation, credit terms, margin structures, pricing analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, Leadership) to gather requirements and summarize insights

• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail across all reports and deliverables

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of revenue reporting, cost accounting, MIS dashboards, and P&L management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, dashboards) – non-negotiable
• Hands-on experience with MIS tools and reporting systems (Tally, Gsheet, SAP, Zoho, or similar ERP preferred)
• Solid understanding of B2B commercial dynamics – cost calculation, credit terms, margin structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and summarize data clearly
• Ability to lead a team and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a B2B/manufacturing/healthcare products environment
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
