Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or MIS.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, production, financial, and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards for leadership.
• Build reports that support strategic planning and business reviews.
• Build automated reporting solutions.
• Improve reporting templates across departments.
• Extract, clean, and analyse data from SAP.
• Work with SAP modules such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Production.
• Develop automated reports using SAP data.
• Develop Python scripts/ Use Power Automate to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
• Reduce manual effort through workflow automation.
• Support AI and analytics initiatives across the organisation.
