Job summary

Sukino Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support the Operations leadership with daily reporting, MIS management, data analysis and business insights. You will consolidate data across the organization, develop dashboards and identify trends to enable informed decisions.

The role requires strong MS Office expertise and hands-on experience with AI-powered productivity and analytics tools, with collaboration across centers and departments.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
• Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Power BI for dashboards (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Strong data visualization and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business performance reports.
• Consolidate operational data from multiple centres and departments.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPI trackers.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for leadership reviews.
• Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps.
• Generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitor key business metrics and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Design and automate MIS reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Improve reporting efficiency by leveraging AI and automation platforms.
• Develop templates that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
• Support the senior leadership with presentations, reports and business reviews.
• Prepare board meeting decks, operational reviews and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate and analyse data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality.
• Standardize reporting formats across business units.
