Job summary

Serosoft is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for its Product Engineering team in Indore. The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional specs, creating BRDs/FRDs, and guiding cross-functional teams through agile development to deliver enterprise software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have ERP domain knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills, with 5+ years of BA experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software products or services (ERP).
Strong technical and functional expertise in ERP software analysis.
Ability to collaborate across teams with excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and functional solutions aligned with product standards.
Experience in writing detailed user stories, business cases, and requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ERP domain knowledge, and experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate requirement elicitation and analysis workshops with clients to define business, process, functional, and data element requirements.
Design wireframes and prototypes for technically and functionally feasible solutions based on product standards.
Coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to understand the requirements, provide solutions, get estimates, and plan for its delivery.
Create detailed documents (BRDs, FRDs, etc.), epics, user stories, and business cases to ensure clear solution comprehension.
Gather and document business, process, and integration requirements.

Education & Experience:
