Job summary

Swish is building the next generation of food delivery in Bengaluru, delivering fresh meals rapidly. We seek a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-backed decisions, partnering with business, operations, product, and growth teams to translate data into insights.

You will develop dashboards, define KPIs, run deep dives, automate reports, and own analytics projects end-to-end in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or BI or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

As we scale, we're looking for people who can build strong systems and processes that keep pace with our growth.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making across Swish. You will work closely with business, operations, product, category, and growth teams to understand performance, identify opportunities, and turn complex data into actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in quick commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, consumer tech, or start-ups is a plus.
