Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Swish in Bengaluru is hiring for a Product Operations/Analytics-focused role. You’ll measure impact of launches through data, define success metrics, and build dashboards to monitor adoption and health post go-live.
You will own end-to-end launch plans, coordinate across Product, Tech, Operations, and Support, and run UATs and on-ground tests with kitchen teams, riders, and customers to drive practical improvements.
Swish is building the next generation of food delivery by owning the entire value chain, from menu design and pricing to kitchen operations and customer experience. Backed by leading investors, we're building the future of food delivery by continuously launching new products, expanding into new markets, and creating innovative operating models.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring what we build ships well, works on the ground, and drives business impact.
Define success metrics before each launch, such as conversion, order frequency, delivery time, cancellations, and ratings. Build dashboards to track adoption and health after go-live, run pre/post and A/B analyses, and write concise readouts with clear recommendations to scale, iterate, or roll back.
Own launch plans from start to finish, including timelines, owners, dependencies, readiness checklists, and go/no-go calls. Coordinate across Product, Tech, Operations, Rider Operations, and Support, while tracking product-related issues and enhancements during scale-up.
Plan and run UATs, pilots, and on-ground tests with Operations teams before a full rollout. Write test cases based on real customer, rider, and kitchen scenarios, log bugs, and follow up with Engineering until they are resolved.
Turn data, field feedback, and support tickets into clear problem statements for Product Managers. Help draft requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria, size opportunities using data, and set up interim operational fixes while long-term product solutions are being built.
Run post-launch reviews, track open issues through closure, and update SOPs and launch checklists so that each launch improves on the last.
