Brewbay Innovations in Mumbai is seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with Central Operations and Product teams to track performance and support data-driven decisions.

You will analyze metrics across outlets, channels, and campaigns, build dashboards, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Marketing to drive initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Analytics or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ownership and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Track key business metrics such as Revenue, Orders, AOV, Contribution Margin, Retention, and Customer Complaints.
• Monitor performance across outlets, cities, and sales channels (App, Swiggy, Zomato, POS, and Subscription Cards).
• Analyse sales trends, pricing, discounts, and campaigns to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and regular performance reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.
• Evaluate the impact of business initiatives, product changes, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to track and execute business initiatives.
