Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing, digital marketing or content growth experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who understands both marketing fundamentals and the evolving role of AI in marketing. The role will involve developing and executing marketing initiatives, strengthening our digital presence, creating relevant content, and using AI-led tools and automation to improve the way marketing is planned and executed.

We are looking for someone who is curious, commercially aware and comfortable experimenting with new tools, rather than someone who relies only on traditional marketing methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Plan and manage content across social media, digital platforms, campaigns and other marketing channels.
• Build a strong understanding of our audience and translate business and investment insights into relevant marketing communication.
• Use AI tools, automation platforms and emerging technologies to improve content creation, research, campaign execution and marketing workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing activities and improve overall efficiency.
• Work closely with the investment, business development and leadership teams to understand products, market trends and business priorities.
• Track campaign performance and use data and insights to improve marketing outcomes.
• Support lead-generation, brand-building and digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, AI applications and changes in the digital ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content, growth or a related role.
• Strong interest in AI and its application in marketing; hands-on experience with AI tools will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media, content marketing, digital campaigns and basic marketing analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while also being comfortable with execution.
• Interest in investing and financial markets is important. Candidates should have a basic understanding of concepts such as equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs and market trends, and be willing to build deeper knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where tools, processes and priorities continue to evolve.
• A proactive approach with the ability to independently take an idea from strategy to execution.
