Job summary

Fluid AI invites a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced team in Mumbai. You will craft engaging content, manage social media, support campaigns and events, and help develop marketing decks for clients and investors.

You will design brochures, case studies, and other collateral, update the website, and perform market research to keep us ahead in AI marketing. A 0–5 year track record is ideal with strong communication and a creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and messaging.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress).
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for blogs, campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Marketing Strategy: Support in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Pitch Support: Assist in creating and delivering compelling pitch decks and marketing presentations for clients and investors.
• Event Coordination: Help organize marketing events, tech meet-ups, webinars, and client-facing sessions.
• Key Account Management: Develop, design and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific key accounts.
• Marketing Collateral: Design or coordinate the creation of brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and other branded assets.
• Website Management: Update and manage the companys website and other digital assets to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.
• Competitor & Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and provide research insights to support marketing and positioning efforts.
• Internal & External Communication: Help manage newsletters, PR releases, media outreach, and email marketing.
• Pitch Call Assistance: Would need to conduct calls with prospective clients, and present the company deck.
