Job summary

GIPS Consultancy in Surat is seeking a branch leadership role to drive profitability and service quality. The incumbent will lead a results-oriented team, focus on cross-selling Demat, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds, and manage customer relationships and teller operations.

The candidate should have exposure to banking and a track record of portfolio growth through cross-sell initiatives. Prior bank exposure is preferable.
