EDGE 3D TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. in Visakhapatnam, India, is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler with 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM experience.

You will build Revit models from registered point clouds up to LOD 300–400 and act as a sub-team lead for junior modelers, ensuring QC and adherence to project standards. The role requires strong knowledge of Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with on-site work in Visakhapatnam.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.
• Strong understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements.

Responsibilities
