Job summary

Hitech Digital Solutions is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler Architecture to develop and coordinate advanced 3D architectural BIM models using Revit, while ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines. The role includes creating Revit families, drafting accurate drawings, and supporting coordination for new and existing projects.

The candidate should possess strong BIM modeling, drafting, and architectural detailing skills, along with good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
• Experience with Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Navisworks (Basic) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage different types of Revit families including Type, Instance, Parametric, and families using Formulas Lookup Tables.
• Develop 4D Architectural BIM models in Revit Architecture following project standards and best practices.
• Perform model coordination and support interdisciplinary collaboration using Navisworks (basic level).
• Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed architectural drawings from BIM models.
• Ensure high accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate design elements and verify dimensions, details, and documentation for completeness.
• Support both new and existing project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company BIM standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness for onsite project requirements when needed.
• Effectively communicate within teams and respond constructively to feedback and criticism.
