Job summary

Fist Engineering Solutions in India seeks a Senior BIM Architecture & Structural Modeler with 6+ years of hands-on experience to develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.

You will use Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to deliver LOD 400/500 content, coordinate models with MEP and other disciplines, and contribute to project delivery and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create accurate models based on architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Prepare and manage models as per LOD 400/500 project requirements.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Coordinate Architectural and Structural models with MEP disciplines.
• Create and modify Revit families, components, and project-specific content.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Review design drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and modeling requirements.
• Conduct model QA/QC and ensure compliance with project BIM standards and BEP.
• Resolve design and coordination issues in collaboration with engineers, architects, and BIM coordinators.
• Support BIM Coordinators/Managers in project execution and delivery.
• Mentor junior BIM Modelers and assist in maintaining modeling standards.

We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Architecture & Structural Modeler with 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and coordinating high-quality BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM coordination, Revit Family Creation, and LOD 400/500 deliverables.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Architectural & Structural BIM Modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture & Structure.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong experience in Revit Family Creation.
• Hands-on experience with LOD 400/500 modeling and deliverables.
• Good understanding of architectural and structural construction practices.
• Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model QA/QC.
• Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC, COBie, and BIM standards will be an advantage.
• Experience working on international projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
