Job summary

J&F is seeking an experienced BIM professional at Assistant Manager level to lead modeling, QC, and multidisciplinary coordination on civil and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will develop and review BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300, ensure adherence to BEPs, coordinate Architecture, Structure and MEP models, and mentor junior BIM staff to deliver high-quality deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience as BIM professional at Assistant Manager level with BIM modeling, QC, and coordination.
• Hands-on experience developing/reviewing BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300.
• Ability to lead and mentor BIM teams and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of BEP, project requirements, clash detection, and QC processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in BIM/Autodesk Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300.
• Ensure BIM models comply with BEP and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.
• Support project teams with model setup, family creation, documentation, and development.
• Review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM models, drawings, and deliverables.
• Verify compliance with project standards and workflows.
• Review clash detection reports and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor closure of QC comments and maintain records.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables with internal teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and design reviews.
• Track progress, milestones, and team performance.
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure deliverables are on time and of quality.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior BIM staff.
• Provide technical guidance and training.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BIM professional at Assistant Manager level with strong expertise in BIM modeling, quality control, multidisciplinary coordination, and project execution.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and reviewing BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300, conducting model and drawing QC, coordinating clashes, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modeling & Development

• Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300 based on project requirements.
• Ensure BIM models comply with client standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project requirements.
• Work with Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination models.
• Support project teams with model setup, family creation, documentation, and model development.
• Review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct quality checks on BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Verify compliance with project standards, naming conventions, modeling guidelines, and workflows.
• Review and analyze clash detection reports and coordinate corrective actions with respective teams.
• Monitor closure of QC comments and maintain appropriate quality records.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across multidisciplinary models and deliverables.

Coordination & Project Management

• Coordinate BIM deliverables with internal teams, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, and team performance.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure BIM deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Team Handling & Technical Support

• Guide, mentor, and support junior BIM modelers and engineers.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the BIM team.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team training where required.

Required Software Skills:

• Autodesk Revit – Mandatory
• Navisworks – Mandatory
• AutoCAD – Mandatory
• BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – Preferred
• Tekla / Allplan – Added Advantage
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes.
• Hands-on experience with LOD 100–300 modeling and development.
• Good knowledge of clash detection, coordination, and multidisciplinary model review.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, modeling standards, and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor BIM teams effectively.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Certification in BIM / Autodesk Revit will be an added advantage.
