Job summary

ASSYSTEM is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler - Revit in India to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit. The role requires coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model quality and adherence to project standards.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of BIM experience, strong Revit proficiency, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of relevant BIM modeling experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3D modeling workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and construction documentation.
• Experience in multidisciplinary model coordination and clash resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit per project specs and standards.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, layouts and documentation from BIM models.
• Interpret drawings and design specs to create accurate BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Identify and resolve model clashes with engineering teams.
• Perform model quality checks for accuracy, completeness and BIM standard compliance.
• Update BIM models with design revisions and site feedback.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Maintain model data, drawing registers, revisions and project documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings per schedule.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler - Revit to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in BIM modeling, drawing production, clash detection, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project specifications and design standards.

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models.

Interpret engineering drawings, architectural plans, and design specifications to create accurate BIM models.

Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, as applicable.

Identify and resolve model clashes and inconsistencies in coordination with relevant engineering teams.

Perform model quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with BIM standards.

Update BIM models based on design revisions, site feedback, and engineering comments.

Support clash detection and coordination processes using Navisworks or other relevant BIM coordination tools.

Maintain model data, drawing registers, revisions, and project documentation.

Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in accordance with project schedules.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

6-10 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3D modeling workflows.

Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and construction documentation.

Experience in multidisciplinary model coordination and clash resolution.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks is preferred.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
