Job summary

Assystem India is seeking a BIM Modeller in Haryana to develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP projects. You will ensure model accuracy, run clash detections, and produce construction documentation in line with BEP and project standards.

The role requires 3–8 years of BIM experience, strong detailing skills and the ability to coordinate with design teams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BIM modelling experience across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Solid understanding of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Experience coordinating with design teams and consultants.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and detailing standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.
• Maintain file management and version control per project protocols.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs.

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The role supports design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation in accordance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
