Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM projects from file receipt through coordination and final delivery.

• Review, categorize, track, and report coordination issues.
• Coordinate model revisions and ensure updated consultant files are incorporated correctly.
• Review Revit models for quality, accuracy, and coordination.
• Assign tasks to BIM Specialists and Modelers.
• Track project hours, deadlines, outstanding items, and deliverables.
• Perform quality control before client submissions.
• Prepare coordination reports, screenshots, markups, and project updates.
• Participate in and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM projects from file receipt through coordination and final delivery
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP models and drawings
• Create and maintain federated coordination models
• Set up and manage Navisworks clash detection workflows
• Review, categorize, track, and report coordination issues
• Coordinate model revisions and ensure updated consultant files are incorporated correctly
• Review Revit models for quality, accuracy, and coordination
• Assign tasks to BIM Specialists and Modelers
• Track project hours, deadlines, outstanding items, and deliverables
• Perform quality control before client submissions
• Prepare coordination reports, screenshots, markups, and project updates

• Convert client comments and coordination issues into clear tasks for the production team
• Support and guide junior BIM team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of BIM experience
• At least 2 years of multidisciplinary BIM coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Experience with clash detection and coordination reporting
• Ability to interpret construction documents and engineering drawings
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate professionally with North American clients
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and project management skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
• United States or Canadian architecture, engineering, or construction projects
• General contractor or BIM/VDC coordination
• Scan to BIM or CAD to Revit projects
• BIM Execution Plans, clash matrices, and coordination standards
• Supervising or reviewing the work of BIM Modelers or BIM Specialists

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a BIM project rather than only perform modeling tasks.

The successful candidate should be able to identify missing information, determine which coordination issues are important, assign work to the team, review completed work, communicate with consultants, and keep projects within schedule and allocated hours.

Working Hours

Because most of our clients are located in North America, the successful candidate must be comfortable working a split schedule that provides substantial overlap with North American business hours. The role will require regular evening work in India, along with a short daytime check in period in the AM to support internal coordination and project continuity.

Duration: minimum 1 year (renewable based on performance and business requirements)
