Job summary

Core Consultants is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to join a multidisciplinary project team in Gurugram. The role focuses on Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology, BIM process development, and project delivery across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

You will manage BIM workflows, ensure model accuracy, and coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD is required, with strong QA/QC and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in BIM coordination and management, with at least 3 years in a BIM Architect or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models with project teams.
• Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements in BIM environment.

Job Description

The position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary project team, We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology and will play a key role in the development and implementation of BIM processes for various architectural, engineering, and construction projects. This position requires both technical expertise in BIM software and an understanding of architectural design and project delivery. You will be responsible for managing BIM workflows, ensuring model accuracy and coordination between disciplines, and supporting project delivery with high-quality digital engineering outputs.

Role And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in collaboration with project teams.
• Ensure the proper integration of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) elements into the BIM environment.
• Manage model data and documentation across project phases to meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, and contractors) to resolve issues and improve design coordination.
• Conduct regular model reviews and coordination meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Assist in resolving clashes and conflicts within the BIM models using clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks).
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including model drawings, schedules, and reports. Regularly update project stakeholders on progress and changes.
• Utilize BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD) to create, modify, and update project models.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BIM coordination and management, with at least 3 years working as a BIM Architect or similar role

Key Competencies / Skills

• Expertise in BIM software including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and construction documentation.
• Proven experience in BIM coordination, model management, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination involving Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Experience in developing and managing 3D BIM models and coordinating design information across multiple disciplines.
• Sound knowledge of BIM standards, execution plans (BEP), workflows, industry best practices, and QA/QC procedures.
• Knowledge of BIM deliverables, model auditing, and project documentation requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
