Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a BIM Architect for onsite work in Gurugram with 3–5 years of BIM detailing and Revit Architecture experience.

You will ensure BIM standards are followed, produce deliverables per the BIM execution plan, and confirm the design intent across projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks and SketchUp is desirable; occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM detailing experience from pre‑construction through hand‑off phase of commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

BIM Architect

Job Title: BIM Architect (3 to 5 year experience)

Job Summary

Support the team on one or more projects using expertise in Building Information Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that BIM standards have been followed (fonts, dimensions, line styles, levels/layers, etc.) throughout the project.
• Ensure there are no unintended model components and the design intent has been followed.
• Produce BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan within the scheduled time.

Marginal Duties

• Willing to work as an Onsite BIM Architect with Client's project.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience

• B.Arch / M.Arch / or foreign equivalent in Architecture from reputed university.
• Prefer with 3+ years of relevant experience in BIM detailing work from pre‑construction through hand‑off phase of commercial construction.
• Good knowledge of Revit Architecture.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketch up.
• Basic collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
