Job summary

Neeviq is seeking experienced BIM Architects and BIM Structural Engineers with 2–5 years of professional experience in Revit-based BIM environments. The roles involve delivering accurate BIM models, coordinating across disciplines, and adhering to project standards and client requirements.

Key duties include developing detailed Revit models, preparing drawings and schedules, coordinating with Architecture, Structure, and MEP, and conducting clash detection using Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• 4-7 years of professional experience in technical design, detailing, or construction documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of 4D Simulation, Dynamo, automation plugins or AI-driven BIM workflows is a strong plus.
