YO IT Consulting is looking for a skilled BIM Architect in Gurugram to support projects using expertise in Building Information Modeling. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in commercial construction projects and proficiency in Revit.

The role involves ensuring BIM standards, producing BIM deliverables, and providing documentation support. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Job Title: BIM Architect

Location: India Gurgaon

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Must Have:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant BIM Architecture experience
• 3+ Years of relevant experience of working with Revit project
• Experience in commercial construction projects; High rise building projects experience

Notice Period: 45 days

Job Summary

Support the team on one or more projects using expertise in Building Information Modeling.

Essential Duties

• Basic modeling works as assigned by seniors
• Review and check model quality per their work

Responsibilities

• Ensure that BIM standard have been followed (fonts, dimensions, line styles, levels/layers, etc.) throughout the project
• Ensure there are no unintended model components and the design intent has been followed
• Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan within the scheduled time
• Willing to work as an Onsite BIM Architect with Client's project
• Document control support

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform Each Essential Duty Satisfactorily. The Requirements Listed Below Are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and / or Experience

• B.Arch / M.Arch / or foreign equivalent in Architectural from reputed university

Prefer with 3+ years of relevant experience in BIM detailing work from pre‑construction through hand off phase of commercial construction

Good knowledge of Revit Architecture

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketch up

Basic collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively
